Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of payment and are shipped via FedEx with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by FedEx with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Return
We accept returns on most items if requested within 30 days from the shipment date. These items should be in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. Please report miss-picks (wrong item), errors in quantity (over/short), and damages within five (5) business days of receipt.

FOR EVERYONE'S SAFETY, WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS ON OPENED ITEMS.
The window of Returns: Please check your order for defects immediately upon arrival, as there are no returns after 30 days from receipt of order.
Securing an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)/Return Authorization: In the event that you receive incorrect merchandise, please contact our customer care department for assistance. We do not accept returns without an RMA.
Required Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in a new, saleable condition.
Receiving Your Refund: The method of refund depends primarily on the method of initial payment. Credit card orders will be refunded to the same credit card of purchase.
